Lime Jello
Lime Jello is the first of a series titled Jello. Slang terms like JELLO contribute to the blurring of the distinction between jealousy and envy. For this project we are blurring the lines for jealousy and envy, i am doing this by juxtaposing Black opulence and the White Gaze.

Pineapple slices plays with the duality of my biracial identity. The hand of course being black represents the want to be part of the adornment part of Black culture with the jewelry and acrylic nails. While living within a white world while having a white identity.
